Dr. William is a man of action. A scientist of prodigious intellect rooted in logic, tempered with a compassionate heart. It was these talents that saw some of the most important developments in the sector city built. Chief among them being the Motherzone Shield system. Considered a model citizen as well as a role model for the students of the Central Education Complex where he studied. It wasn’t long in his career before his recruitment into Samsontech. Later becoming an integral part of its leadership team.
Other than his one son Marcus, Dr. William has no other family and generally keeps to himself and his work. He hopes that Marcus will follow in his own footsteps, to serve Samsontech and continue improving life within the Sector Cities.
Dr. William has taken on the mission of trying to save mankind from the ever-dying world outside the city. His latest project, Operation Reborn Kind, aims to help humanity overcome its weaknesses with the use of modern science. The public is generally trusting of his work, as no prior projects led by Dr. William have had an ill effect on the populous.
