Drake Zkard is a master of many weapons and is almost never bested in combat. This allows him to adapt to many situations very quickly and his discipline is legendary. He rivals the power of the two head agents in the Agency and this has made him a target of the higher powers of Negagoth. Drake Zkard's sheer willpower has allowed him to survive many situations from which all others have perished. There is rumor that the Agency has located the hideout of several Death Reveler criminals and with the help of the new troops from the Operation Reborn Kind Project, Drake will lead the attack against the hideout. Unfortunately for Drake, plans are already in place to make sure he does not return from the battle the same.

Marcus Enigma has well earned his name, it is rumored that Dr. William had a son and this son was one of the worse members of Negagoth Society. The son disappeared after a bad encounter with either a Death Reveler group or a Blood Luster clan. The Doctor appeared to be grieving and then after son time his son returned as the calm and silent Marcus Enigma. Marcus is an ideal agent and a master of many weapons. His nature is almost robotic and his analysis of people and things around him are out-worldly as if some sort of dark deed was performed to give the young man his special powers.

Stephen Zkard has always aspired to be like his brother, but could never be as adaptive as him in combat. To make up for his lack of physical physique, Stephen has created the Particle Launcher which he can strap to his arms and this allows him to modify the matter around him to improve his agility. Given the proper circumstances he can create an offensive blasts of pure matter to attack his opponents with, however as an agent they focus on avoiding conflict. In light of his duty, he will generally use the Particle Launcher to create an armor of matter around him to prevent harm from enemy gunfire and other attacks.
